Northern Ireland Technical Service Engineer

Job description

(1) Responsible for product technical support in Northern Ireland and Ireland, requiring quick response and timely handling of customers' after-sales problems and demands. Travel when necessary.

(2) Responsible for guiding and supporting the installation, monitoring, later operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.

(3) Sort out and translate product technical information, collect and summarize product and technical information of various overseas markets,

collect local regional power grid access standards and special norms, and feedback to the headquarters for rectification.

(4) Customer training: Provide product and after-sales process training to distributors and installers.


Job requirements:

(1) Major in power electronics, electrical engineering and automation is preferred . Experience in power industry is preferred.

(2) Good computer and office software skills.

(3) Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit, strong execution ability of target plan.

(4) Have a driver's licence and be willing to travel frequently.

Technical Support Engineer (Solar/PV Industry)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.


Responsibilities

1.Responsible for all Growatt products after sales in Kenya/South Africa/Nigeria

(only one of those countries)

2. Respond to customer questions received via phone, Whatsapp, email

3. Supervise distributors and installers in the installation and commissioning of equipment on site

4. Travel to exhibitions and customer visits

5. Complete customer training


Qualifications

1. Power electronics preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry

2. Ability to learn multi-series products quickly

3. Proactive and hard-working

3. Fluent in English

4. Strong communication skills

5. Working in South Africa(Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town)

6. Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multimeter, 485 tool etc.

Poland Technical Support Engineer (Solar/PV Indust

Work Location: Poland

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all Growatt products technical support in Poland and Eastern Europe region

2. Remote technical support for product issue via telephone call, email and social communication software or APPs.

3. Field services including onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance and customer visits.

4. Collect product failures, output feedback of major quality issues, coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.

5. Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company


Qualifications

1. Power electronics major preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry

2. Ability to learn multi-series products quickly

3. Fluent in Polish and English

4. Strong communication skills

5. Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressure, willing to contribute to the company.

6. Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multi-meter, 485 tool etc.

7. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to implement goals and plans.

Technical Service Engineer(Solar Engineer)

1.    Responsible for answering customer consultation calls and mail processing in the German office (the phone covers the whole European region), and providing services to end customers.
